Assist customers with Elite 3E software usage.
Document service request challenges and resolutions.
Provide remote troubleshooting and support for clients.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Maintain dashboard management of service requests.
Acquire and maintain expertise in Elite software products.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
