About Us:  


At ELM | Positive Leader Consulting, we are dedicated to developing leadership that drives positive change. Our focus is on empowering individuals and organizations through the principles of emotional intelligence, empathetic leadership, and transformative learning. We offer both Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and In-Person Instructor-Led Training (ILT) facilitation for our clients, with a mission to help leaders create environments of trust, respect, and growth.



Position Overview


We are looking for experienced facilitators to lead engaging and impactful training sessions on leadership, emotional intelligence, and related topics. This role involves delivering both VILT and ILT programs to a variety of audiences, ranging from mid-level managers to senior executives. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership development and has hands-on experience facilitating interactive learning experiences in virtual and in-person formats.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops focused on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and other related topics, in conjunction with the Positive Leader vision and format.
  • Utilize interactive methods to engage participants and enhance the learning experience. Most of which will be provided by the PLC team.
  • Working in conjunction with PLC, customize training delivery to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences and industries.
  • Encourage participation and create a safe, supportive environment for learners.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to help participants apply new leadership skills.
  • Stay current on leadership trends and emotional intelligence research to ensure up-to-date content and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the PLC team to refine and improve facilitation and the client experience.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience facilitating both VILT and ILT sessions, preferably in leadership development, emotional intelligence and related topics.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership principles, emotional intelligence, and adult learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage group dynamics and create engaging, interactive learning environments.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and experience using various facilitation tools (breakout rooms, polls, etc.).
  • Flexibility to deliver training across different time zones.
  • Established professional studio or appropriate background for VILT training.

  • Professional backgound
  • Internet stability, preferably hardwired connectivity


Preferred:
  • Certification in leadership training and/or emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working with executives or corporate leadership teams.
