The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Eltropy's product marketing strategy, including highlighting features, new releases and other product offerings through powerful, results-driven campaigns. You will work closely with both marketing and product teams to build successful marketing campaigns that promote our best-in-class product and enhance the customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ideally, the Product Marketing Manager will have previous product marketing experience at a SaaS company with demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns and translating technical details to benefit customers. This role reports to the VP of Marketing. Functional Responsibilities :
Documentation and Marketing - Study & Master Eltropy Product offering, understand the inner working Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product... positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas Craft compelling messages across marketing/sales channels (videos, teasers, 1 pagers, blogs) As Eltropy goes forward, work with technology teams to build self guided training tutorials Translate technical details into benefits for the user Go to Market - Develop and evolve market segmentation for each product offering Write compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences Assess the effectiveness of the product collaterals on an ongoing basis, and report back to the executive team on required changes. Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market Document the Go-To-Market strategy for each market/feature Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage Tools and software - Software Development Life Cycle - Jira Service Desk, Jira Confluence Data management - Salesforce, Hub Spot Data Analytics & presentation - AWS Quicksight, MS Excel, MS power point Flowcharting & diagramming - Draw.io User/Customer Knowledge - Jira service desk, Google forms, SurveyMonkey Security Responsibilities :
Ensure highest levels of security for external and internal communications Strict adherence to Eltropy's policies and procedures related to security, confidentiality, availability and privacy; Attend all trainings and awareness sessions related to security; Reporting security events and incidents promptly through available channels of Eltropy; Adherence to approval and authorization process while handling, accessing, sharing, storing or processing Eltropy's confidential information or data or personal data or customer information; Be responsible and accountable for handling sensitive information, protecting access credentials, managing data and information etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field Prior product marketing experience for B2B SaaS is must Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or higher preferred.
Experience:
Prior work experience of 6 - 8 years in B2B SaaS companies Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams Participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Subject matter expertise in the particular product or market Collaborate with sales and understand of how a product is sold and who is our target market Proven ability to influence executives and team leaders on cross-functional initiatives Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills Passion for building products that unlock value for users Motivated towards working in a startup environment Quantitative Goals - Demos on new features/integrations Content views, including product page views and video views Press coverage for the announcement Product usage or adoption of a new feature Qualitative Goals - Skills Leadership Collaboration Innovation Prioritization Problem solving Responsiveness - Internal and external
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
