About the Role:

  • Be the face & voice of Borrowell's marketing team in partner meetings & discussions
  • Build email campaigns, segment audiences, recommend test strategies, and ensure high quality of all outbound campaigns
  • Coordinate with Borrowell partners (banks, mortgage partners, etc.) to understand campaign requirements and ensure all email campaign assets are delivered on time and follow Borrowell best practices and guidelines
  • Own the campaign deployment calendar to ensure campaigns are on track and executed on time
  • Produce partner-facing performance reports and continually look for insights to improve future campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Conversion and Selection pods (includes Product, Revenue, Growth & Design) to identify areas for growth; develop & lead campaign strategy in order to drive traffic accordingly

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with enterprise-level email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud - preferred, Hubspot, Sendgrid, Mailchimp etc.)
  • Client-facing experience, leading campaign discussions and managing client expectations strongly preferred
  • Understanding of customer lifecycles and engagement tactics
  • Experience in A/B & Multivariate testing and optimization
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and quantify impact of work
  • Excellent communication both written and verbally, along with strong presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability
  • Comfortable with data visualization and KPI tracking

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of SQL for audience segmentation
  • Experience working in a scaling startup

We are remote-first across Canada, meaning you have no mandatory obligation to come in-office unless you choose to do so - you decide what is best for you. Our offices are located in Toronto, Kelowna, and Montreal, with teams distributed primarily in Ontario and BC.
