Embedded Developer with Python (Triage DRI)

Duration of Contract:

• 6 Months

Key responsibilities of the DRI role are:

Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables include:

• Daily gathering and review of the automation test system results.
• Work with the internal automation test team to troubleshoot/recommend/ implement fixes to the test automation system.
• Assist team in triaging EarPods incoming issues.
• Sort/correlate all incoming issues.
• Triage and distribute the incoming issues.
• Recommend/implement automation tools to help increase speed and efficiency of triage efforts of Implement automated sorting scripts in Python.

Other Requirements and Clarifications

• Background in embedded systems development, experience with real-time operating systems.
• Good understanding of embedded system architecture for small consumer electronics devices.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in embedded systems Python programming
• Experience with Bluetooth audio is a plus.
• Ability to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a regular basis
• Understands and thrives in a ultra-fast-paced environment

• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Good multitasking capabilities with ability to handle frequent context switches
• Fast learner with ability to be self-directed and a focus on execution
• Ability to stay focused and solve problems in complex issues

Rate:

• $80/hr
