The ideal candidate will have a background in selling, supporting or implementing financial-oriented technology solutions to mid-to-large sized companies. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with Finance, Accounts Payable and Travel professionals through individual conversations, group presentations and product demonstrations. Internal collaboration will be expected across the sales, implementation and product organisations.


What you'll do:
  • Expertise in preparing and conducting tailored solution demonstrations, ensuring alignment with prospect requirements and the Emburse’s exemplary demonstration flow
  • Expertise in delivering engaging onsite and remote presentations and demonstrations of Emburse products
  • Provide comprehensive technical insight into our product, with the ability to discuss product architecture, security, and integration capabilities
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and support the adoption of new features and functionalities
  • Assist with the completion of RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and Sandbox/POC setups
  • Partner with the sales team to identify the most effective approach that will result in the prospect preferring and buying from Emburse versus the competition
  • Meet targeted performance objectives with a consistently positive attitude
  • Proficient across various industries or verticals, with experience in the T&E industry considered beneficial but not essential
  • Subject Matter Expertise in managing complex customer situations with multiple products
  • Subject Matter Expertise in dealing with global organisations across various regions
  • Availability to assist onsite at trade shows, user conferences, and sales meetings as necessary
  • A second language would be considered beneficial but not essential. Fluency in English and German is highly desirable

What we're looking for:
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Proven record of success in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering required
  • Strong command of advanced selling methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Gap Selling, Demo2Win, and Selling based on Business Value
  • Proficient in software demonstration techniques and tools, such as Demo2Win and storytelling to effectively communicate and demonstrate the Emburse product value to prospects
  • 9+ years experience in selling, supporting or implementing SaaS solutions highly preferred
  • 6+ years previous experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering highly preferred
  • 3+ years experience with A/P automation highly preferred
  • Leader in software demonstration techniques and tool
  • Strong presentation skills, both online and in-person
  • Ability to articulate financial business solutions
  • Technical acumen and the ability to lead technical discussions
  • Available for 50% travel with week long duration as necessary
  • Knowledge of expense reporting and accounts payable invoicing
  • Experience and training specific to software demonstration
  • Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to achieve business goals.
