Emergency Response Coordinator
Oversees the protection of company assets on the North Slope through collaboration with Anchorage EHS leadership and North Slope operations management. Responsible for the oversite, coordination, and management of Client's North Slope Emergency Response Teams. During an incident holds responsibility for assessing the situation, determining the best course of action, and executing the plan.

• Creates an Always Safe and One Team culture.
• Security, spill and medical teams have dotted-line reporting into this position.
• Liaises with fieldwide operators for coordination of daily SIMOPS (traffic, security, etc.) and emergency response activities.
• Coordinates emergency response training including tabletops and infield simulations to meet client's conformance and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manages onsite hazard analysis and mitigation.
• Subject Matter Expert in Incident Command System principles.
• ICS-trained (ICS-201 Initial Response, ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700, ICS-800).
• Oversees logistics for emergency response personnel and equipment.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is performed per manufacturer specifications on all emergency response equipment.
• Coordinates with field management in the development of fit-for-purpose site-specific Emergency Response Plans.
• Provides ICS SME support to On-scene Commander during activation of Emergency Response Team.
