Responsibilities

Prepare and review Federal and State corporate tax returns, extensions and estimates
Coordinate tax audits by various taxing authorities
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities
Provide strategic guidance on tax implications of business transactions
Conduct tax research and recommendations

Education

B.A. in Accounting
CPA preferred
