At Lyra, Emotional Wellness Coaches are part of our innovative phone, video, and text based coaching program called Blended Care Coaching. This program combines live phone or video sessions with between-session digital lessons and content. We partner with you to help clients get better faster. We’ll manage the operations end of the business, so you can focus on what you do best - providing high-quality mental health coaching.

Work part-time (approx. 24 hours per week)

Provide short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions via video or phone

Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between phone/video-based sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes

Participate in session reviews with Supervisor over time to ensure high-quality outcomes, Lyra model integration and continued coach development

Attend one-on-one and peer group consultation meetings

Attend ongoing training to enhance your coaching skills

Completed a minimum of 100 client coaching hours, and at least one year post graduation
-
Graduated from a comprehensive ACTP or ACSTH coaching program accredited by the ICF or hold an ICF-credential (ACC, MCC, PCC)

The anticipated starting base pay range for an Emotional Wellness Coach role at Lyra is $33.00 - $38.50 per hour. The base pay range is determined by a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to the role, your skills, qualifications and location.
At Lyra, base pay is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which may additionally include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, retirement benefits, and time off with pay. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and yearly merit increases.
