The Employee Experience Partner (HR Generalist) plays a key role on the People Operations team. Partnering with HR leaders, you will increase employee effectiveness by designing and executing programs that bring our values to life. You will implement feedback channels and analyze data to review program efficacy to drive continued enhancements across the employee life cycle.

Project manages core People Team initiatives to roll out scalable products and programs including, but not limited to: Performance Management, Career Development, Learning, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).

First point of contact and line of support for People Team-related questions and requests, such as policies, system access/troubleshooting, and payroll and benefits questions

Ensure employee files, the handbook, People Team confluence pages, and share drives are up-to-date and accurate.

Own People Team metrics and reporting on turnover, retention, exit interview themes, and other key metrics.
- Support compliance programs, including reporting, coordinating required training, and tracking completion rates.

Partner with Total Rewards leader on vendor management, open enrollment, and other compensation and benefits programs.

Partner with People Team leaders to develop and maintain People Team metrics and dashboard by tracking data that includes: retention, engagement, turnover, tenure, employee NPS, and diversity.

Take a key role in improving Bestow’s onboarding strategies to ensure all Bestopians understand our principles, can add to our culture and are well versed on how to be an employee at Bestow.

Partner cross-functionally with fellow Bestopians at all levels of the organization to identify areas of opportunity and ideate, design, and execute projects and programs.

2+ years experience in an HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Recruiter, L&D, or related role

1+ year of experience maintaining and reporting on People metrics

Track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects from ideation through execution

Direct knowledge of onboarding best practices
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through and deliver in ambiguous and changing environments

Exposure to HRIS systems like BambooHR

Understanding of HR technology
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Possess a demonstrated and high level of attention to detail
