Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the IT Employee Experience team
Develop and implement team objectives, policies, and procedures
Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and service requests
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage software and hardware inventory levels
Lead IT Support projects
Monitor environment health and drive improvements

Education

Relevant industry certifications (COMPTIA A+, etc.)
Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VCP)
