Operational Excellence Business Analyst, Clinical Care

Employer Direct Healthcare is on a mission to transform access to excellent care while improving surgery outcomes and lowering healthcare costs. They are seeking a detail-oriented Operational Excellence Business Analyst who will support the Clinical Care team by using data to optimize performance.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication
High proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with SQL and Power BI

Responsibilities

Develop metrics and reporting strategies with Clinical Care team.
Prepare and manage daily action plans using data-driven protocols.
Conduct needs analysis to determine organization’s pain points.
Generate reports to communicate insights and findings.
Work cross-functionally to improve clinical care experience.
Conduct research for best practices in customer operations.
Assist with client escalations and case management.
Create and maintain process workflows and documents.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred
