Job Summary


The Senior Rebate Advisory Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and capacity of Enable’s rebate advisory initiative. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in rebate management and a passion for marketing evangelism. The successful candidate will conduct rebate audits, engage with clients independently, support marketing efforts, and represent Enable at industry events.


What we are asking you to do!
  • Rebate Audits (Health Checks): Conduct comprehensive rebate audits for clients, identifying opportunities for optimisation and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients independently to deliver high-quality advisory services, addressing day-to-day challenges and strategic concerns.
  • Marketing Evangelism: Act as a key referral point for the marketing team, injecting rebate knowledge and language into marketing processes and materials.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a credible industry speaker at events, conferences, and webinars, representing Enable’s expertise in rebate management.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and support, helping them understand and communicate the value of Enable’s solutions.
  • Geographical Coverage: Provide additional support to the EMEA region, ensuring continuity and effective service delivery as our team expands internationally.


What we are asking you to bring!
  • Experience: Extensive experience in managing rebates, with a proven track record in rebate strategy and optimization.
  • Education: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a complex industry such as building materials is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-sufficiency, and the ability to work independently. Strong marketing and evangelism skills are a plus.
  • Audit Expertise: Background in audit, bringing additional skills and experience to the team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
