BrightEdge is looking for an Enablement Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for creating and driving Enablement initiatives across our Strategic Account and Customer Success teams. The Enablement Manager should be a strategic thinker and problem solver who can understand their business priorities and works to develop and launch effective programs. The Enablement Manager will collaborate on the Enablement process end-to-end including needs analysis, content development, training delivery, communication, optimization, and outcome assessment.

Core Responsibilities

    • Manage and build enablement programs tied to ramp and on-going development of our Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and Customer Success teams
    • Build sales frameworks around key sales processes including the supporting content and use these frameworks to enable and measure the teams.
    • Hands on approach, working in tandem on all aspects of the deals with the sales reps directly
    • Work with key Stakeholders, Product Marketing, Product Teams on creating enablement for bringing new products and process to the team.
    • Develop and manage SAM on-boarding and continued training program; co-own the SAM training plan with Managers to ensure new hires are set up for success.
    • Manage and refine the certification system for on-boarding milestones and ongoing enablement
    • Manage and refine SharePoint sites: ensure resources are easily accessible, accurate and up to date.
    • Create and run data driving coaching providing individualized coaching plans for each of our team members, this will be 1:1 support.
    • Analyze data with key stakeholders to refine processes, go to market strategies and overall team certifications.

What It Takes to Be Successful

    • 4+ years of Sales Enablement Experience, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
    • Passion for customer success, sales, empowering others, and delivering value to customers
    • Experience creating and implementing successful sales process/methodology/ sales playbook initiatives
    • Experience building effective field sales on-boarding and sales training programs
    • Ability to create and track metrics which demonstrate constant increases in team and sales productivity.
    • Passion for designing processes that scale
    • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components
    • Continuous drive to optimize every process you build until you’ve found the optimal solution
    • Extreme attention to detail when researching and documenting complex operations
    • High degree of ownership over one’s work
    • Communicating with various stakeholders with professional presence
    • Active listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
    • Ability to lead through influence
