What are we looking for?
Endava is a Managed Partner with Google and is working on some of Google’s key projects within the UK and globally. Endava has made a substantial commitment to the partnership by having over 70 certified Google engineers and has signed several agreements including Reseller, Services Partner, Anthos Partner.
· This role is required to join the existing Global Alliance Team.
· The position is a key interface between Endava and the Partner Development Manager assigned to us at Google.
· The role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a team in its early stages yet growing quickly to help to shape the operation and successful growth of the Google Alliance and be part of an important revenue engine for Endava.
· The candidate we are looking to hire should have a track record of building a successful alliance with quantifiable results through joint sales and marketing initiatives.
You will get the chance to:
· Work closely with Google’s partnership teams in the UK on all aspects of our joint Professional Services offerings focusing on both Enterprise and Corporate accounts across Endava’s industry verticals.
· Build and further develop our key relationships with Google, in particular having a wide and deep relationship with the key Partner Development Managers and Partner Sales Managers and Account Executives in Google.
· Report on the Strategic Partner Plan and Quarterly Business Review with a view to increasing joint revenue and to maintain Endava’s position as a key provider to Google. You will own the production & presentation of the required reporting.
· Work closely with our sales teams to ensure that we meet our partner revenue targets across industry segments by being a vocal advocate for Endava within the Google management team.
· Promote Endava within Google Partner Sales teams through having a thorough understanding of Endava’s cloud offerings and customer success stories. Ensure Endava is attached to as many opportunities as possible and ensure leads are followed up on by our GCP sales teams.
· Work with our Discipline Leads to ensure Endava has the correct capabilities that match to Google’s strategic direction.
· Work closely with our Delivery Management teams and Customer Engineers to ensure that the projects are visible within Google – with good case studies.
· Collate and keep updated the central reports including the KPIs and overall activity reports on customer success stories and Endava’s Google capability.
· Support the virtual team internally in Endava’s to keep track of commercial agreements - progress and liaise where necessary to keep on track.
· Collaborate with Marketing to ensure we are supporting and participating in Google led events which will benefit and drive ROI for Endava.
· Orchestrate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to update on business opportunities and initiatives.
· Participation and moderation of external events.
Qualifications:
· Experience of prior partnership management in a technology environment with Google.
· Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Alliance Manager.
· Experience of alliance management in the IT Services sector
· Enthusiasm and conviction in building and maintaining strong alliance relationships.

Essential:
· Understand and demonstrate a systematic approach to managing a successful alliance business relationship.
· Communicate fluently and effectively in business writing and present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Able to plan, schedule, and monitor own work within deadlines.
· Maintain awareness of developing technologies and take some responsibility for personal development.
Desirable:
· Familiarity with alliance business models.
· Ability to present complex information to partners and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner and credibility at all levels.
· Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators and third party developers to deliver successful and growing partnerships.
· Experience of working in a Professional Services company
Additional Requirements: Travel is an integral part of a Sales role and the individual will need to travel locally, within country, and internationally as needed to perform the role (they should have a valid passport/driving license and be prepared to travel in working hours as needed by the company). Work-related tradeshows or live events may require the individual to occasionally lift 25 pounds.
