Your mission 🚀

We are seeking our Founding Account Executive. You will be our first sales hire and actively build our sales process from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO and COO to not only develop strategies but execute them directly, making a tangible impact on our growth and success. Your responsibilities 🗓

  • Build a Repeatable Sales Process: We’re just getting started. You’ll build and implement a repeatable process from the ground up, establishing a foundation for long-term growth.

  • Lead Customer Cycles from End to End: Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing deals to managing the ongoing relationship. 

  • Drive Growth: Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to expand our market presence and increase revenue.

  • Sell to Sellers: Focus on selling our solutions directly to sales teams within enterprise organizations.

  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from sales representatives to executive leadership.

  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product, marketing, and our executive team to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to clients.

  • Stay Up to Date on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the sales function and sales tech industry to inform your approach and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Self-Starter: You excel in unstructured and rapidly changing environments, figuring things out with creative problem-solving.

  • Early-stage enthusiast: You have been a key part of an early-stage company and thrive in that environment.
