The Developer Experience and Productivity team at YouTube is responsible for scaling YouTube Engineering. It helps YouTube engineers deliver better products and services to YouTube users. The team builds developer tools and processes throughout the software development lifecycle and across platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining and improving developer experience and product excellence for all YouTube services (e.g., Video Infrastructure, Search and Discovery, Trust and Safety, etc.). You will drive build, test, and release infrastructure for all of YouTube Engineering.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $271,000-$399,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
