We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage our Client Platform team. The team’s goals are threefold:
1. To deliver a fast, reliable, and secure user experience across all our apps
2. To enable all product feature teams to focus on their charter and execute on their roadmap autonomously and efficiently
3. To build rich native app functionality that helps expand engagement in Front
To be successful in this role, you will manage a senior team of talented engineers to deliver on an ambitious roadmap, lean in on technical design and implementation, scale the team by attracting and hiring talented engineers as well as coaching future engineering leaders, and obsess about making the teams and their processes scale efficiently. This is a very collaborative role where you will partner closely with product managers, analysts, designers, researchers, and engineering managers in San Francisco and other locations.
