What you'll do
You will lead the SaaS Operations team, which supports the implementation, support and ongoing management of our core productivity suite and third-party SaaS platforms. Our team drives complex automation between vendors, systems and stakeholders, while spearheading large implementations of new SaaS tools and platforms impacting the entire organization.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will play a hands-on role driving strategy and execution for a growing team of SaaS engineers. As well as championing world-class support for our suite of platforms, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders from across Flatiron, including Business Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Engineering and Marketing, in order to understand business requirements and priorities, guide the team in architecting technical solutions, and ensure technical delivery excellence. You are a champion for stakeholder success, and can manage healthy support expectations.
