This is an on-site, full-time position, located in Roseville, CA

The PMO (Program Management Organization) is looking for individuals that are interested in demonstrating leadership for networking product development. This role provides experience with deliverables that span cross-functional team members (R&D, manufacturing/supply chain, marketing, finance, technical publications, and support/services), as well global team interactions. Because the PMO houses all functions (program management, budget, processes) related to development of new products, this role will provides a unique perspective to how a company is run from both an operational and business point of view.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items below:
o First and second year interns should show Initiative management & thought leadership
o Be able to Structure and manage several aspects of the project (e.g., objectives, scope, plans/ scorecards, cross-functional engagement, problem solving, documentation…)
o Lead sub-team to deliver on the different components/ work streams, including quantitative and qualitative business models with limited supervision
o Work with a team to develop fact-based recommendations and drives implementation of recommended solutions (when appropriate)
Business Analysis
o Conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance
o Drive fact-based decision making
o Analyze key metrics and advises business stakeholders on ways to improve and optimize the go-to-market strategy and overall program health
Other Responsibilities
o Assist with or work independently on special project
o Work effectively with critical stakeholders, ready to engage with other key stakeholders of the company in a humble and productive way.
o Work with in cross-functional environments in delivering business results (including planning and executing workshops).
o Demonstrate high level of maturity, sensitivity, in handling company confidential information.
Relevant experience will include:
o Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into relevant program/ project structure.
o Ability to independently draft and present project deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.
o Ability to drive the work while being perceived as a partner to supported teams.
o Effectively communicate abstract ideas, independently manage project objectives.
o Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously supporting the execution of their deliverables.
o Communication, group facilitation, consensus building and influencing skills.
o Strong competence in developing and managing relationships, including partnering and consulting.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
o High level of maturity and sensitivity in handling company confidential information.

Education and Experience Required:
Must be currently pursuing Bachelor or Masters in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain
2nd Year of University completed-typically a technical degree specialization.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Hourly: $27.25 - $33.00
