English into Korean translators (4 hour shift job)

Lionbridge is supporting a world’s leading international healthcare, medical assistance, and security services company on a 24/7/365 translation program. For this, we are looking for Korean linguists to work on this project, meeting the below requirements.

What you will do:

• Translate alerts from English (UK) to Korean during 4 hours shift

• Country Alerts, Medical Alerts, Travel Alerts, Security alert

Who we need:

• Korean native speakers

• Very good level of English is required

• At least 2 years translation experience

• CAT tool experience is a plus

Timeline and Availability:

• Shift 1,5,6 for weekend & Weekday

Shift1 : 12 AM UTC - 4 AM UTC (9AM - 1PM KST)
Shift 5 : 4 PM UTC - 8 PM UTC (1AM - 5AM KST)
Shift 6: 8 PM UTC - 12 AM UTC (5AM - 9AM KST)

• Please note that we try to plan these shifts for a roster of 2 months, 1 month in advance.

• Willingness to work on some weekend and\or National holidays.

• The program is expected to run in long term.

Payment:

• Minimum pay even there’s no translation request during the 4 hours shift

• Offering 25% uplift to translators working over the weekend/national holiday
