Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, advocating for patients' needs, and promoting wellness. Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to care.• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.• Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Coordinate patient care, facilitate transitions between care settings, and promote continuity of care.• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, medications, and self-care strategies. Provide information on preventive health measures, disease management, and community resources.• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, physicians, social workers, and ancillary staff. Communicate effectively, share information, and collaborate to optimize patient outcomes.• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety projects, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to support performance improvement efforts.• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education, certification renewal, and participation in nursing organizations. Stay current with developments in nursing practice, standards, and guidelines.Requirements:• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).• Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). BLS certification required. Additional certifications may be preferred depending on the specialty area.• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in clinical nursing skills, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and patient education. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing patient needs.• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
