Enlace Health is seeking a VP, Client Success who will be responsible for establishing market-leading client relationships and developing account executives dedicated to clients.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of account relationships with clients
Optimize and expand the value delivered to clients
Proactively communicate internally and externally to align performance with expectations
Guide clients through renewal and expansion opportunities
Manage internal client updates and identify and resolve risks
Ensure Enlace's value proposition is delivered for clients
Establish performance analysis processes and drive performance improvement

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
Advanced degree preferred
