Medical Assistant Coordinator

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider seeking a Medical Assistant Coordinator to support caregivers and families with empathy. Ideal candidates are driven to make a difference and provide exceptional patient care.

Skills

Previous healthcare experience
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
Comfortable with software applications for data entry
Ability to navigate EMR/EHR & CRM systems

Responsibilities

Managing patient care plans
Supporting caregivers and families with empathy
Handling prescription refills and decoding lab results
Documenting sensitive patient data
Providing excellent customer service

Education

Clinical Medical Assistant Certification preferred
