As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Ennoble Care, your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality primary and palliative care to patients in their homes, performing physical examinations, updating and studying medical histories, and creating personalized care plans. You will also assess patients' health, order diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and foster trust through effective communication with patients and their families.

To apply for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position at Ennoble Care, you must hold a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Georgia and be board-certified. Additionally, we prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in primary care, ideally with elderly patients, although hospice experience is not a strict requirement.
