Compliance Manager, Collections & Recovery (Hybrid)

Enova International is seeking a Compliance Manager to develop and maintain compliance programs ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while leading compliance initiatives across the organization.

Skills

Strong knowledge of US consumer financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Experience with regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for collection laws.
Develop and implement risk-based compliance policies and procedures.
Lead compliance training programs and conduct root cause analysis.
Manage regulatory change initiatives and audits.
Supervise Operational Auditors and evaluate compliance risks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Master’s or JD preferred.
