American Hydro is currently looking for a Manager of Operations, Planning and Scheduling to add to the family at our York, PA facility. The Manager, Operations Scheduling, Planning and Estimating will be responsible for managing the production scheduling, planning and estimating for the organization. Ensures operations are properly estimated, planned and scheduled so they can be executed accordingly to meet project delivery requirements while maintaining a consistent and proper flow through the manufacturing processes. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as schedule accuracy and adherence, on-time delivery (OTD), estimating, planning, execution accuracy and performance. Provide Operations team data to drive operational communication across the organization on production requirements/ inputs needed to support meeting KPI’s. Provide required information/outputs to the organization to support business KPI’s.
