Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will cultivate and manage the Gaming Product Roadmap and release plans for our Gaming brands. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brands have the necessary product development to achieve commercial objectives whilst maintaining clear brand differentiation.

The role reports to the Head of Product Marketing but will also work closely with colleagues in the Group Product function to develop features and experiences that solve business challenges. The role will also support the successful release of new products/features, and ongoing measurement of their performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Gaming Product, a clear understanding of the Gaming customer and the competitive landscape for Betting and Gaming brands, coupled with commercial acumen.

What you will do 

  • Translate the Strategy and Commercial objectives of the brands into a clear list of Product Priorities to form the Gaming Product development roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Gaming Product Marketing, Gaming Product Marketing Managers, Gaming Product Marketing Associates and Gaming Team stakeholders to understand business needs & requirements, developing experiences and journeys to deliver and support those needs.
  • Lead and mentor a Product Marketing Associate, strategically delegating tasks to align with business priorities. Collaborate closely to define and support their personal and professional development goals, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with team objectives.
  • Support creation of Business and use cases with detailed requirements.
  • Work closely with Entain Product and Gaming centers of Excellence to coordinate delivery.
  • Manage Product to market, working in cooperation with Brand & Entain Product stakeholders, ensuring that releases happen smoothly and are fully coordinated across departments.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product and feature releases.
  • Own the Product Go-To-Market process ensuring all key stakeholders are informed within appropriate timescales to deliver full deployment & marketing plans around the releases
  • Produce regular reports on the performance of Products and features to ensure release performance is reviewed and learnings taken.
  • Work closely with BI (Business Intelligence) and Web Analytics teams to ensure forecasts are in place and release performance is reviewed and learnings taken
  • Develop and maintain standard best practices for the launch of Gaming Products and features.
  • Collaborate. Work closely with all key stakeholders to deliver projects. Share learnings and best practices through Product Marketing function and across the global GVC business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial or marketing role in a gaming company. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams
  • An ability to think strategically and develop a real understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Slots, Bingo, Table RNG (Random Number Generator) and Live Casino landscape.
  • Personable character and an exceptional communicator - ability to communicate at the highest level both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, and ability to work independently and at pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills.
  • Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly.
  • Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
