Job Description:
Job Description : Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) integrations associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Design, build, test, implement, and develop technical documentation for inbound and outbound integrations; troubleshoot integration issues. Establish business workflows to automated, efficient processes that drive business decisions through analytics. Administers basic HRIS security support through defining and assigning appropriate levels of access for all system users, provide Internal Audit quarterly access reports. Design test and implement security structures to support business operations. Partner with internal audit on security reviews. Maintain Workday data consistency and integrity by providing oversight and problem resolution. Provide techno-functional support for day-to-day HR Systems user requests at tier 1 and/or tier 2 level and advances using Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) for Issue Management and Resolution. Develop periodic channels to Inform, Educate and Update HR team on system changes so key functions to perform necessary job functions. Support organization with reports of HR data as appropriate. Design and develop, user guides and general user learning materials fit for purpose. Work with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Operate as technical SME with our Information Technology team to manage connections between HR systems and downstream IT applications. Position may be worked remotely within the United States.
Job Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as an IT project manager, business systems analyst, or HR information supervisor in a corporate environment.
Must have 5 years' experience with:
- Workday software platform
Must have 3 years' experience with:
- a project management framework (e.g., Agile)
Must have 1 year experience with:
- negotiation and contracting with global vendors
- middleware software development experience
