Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Workato is looking for an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team in Chicago. The role involves working with large Enterprise customers to ensure their success through the use of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform.
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing enterprise accounts
- Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders
- Previous experience in Integration and/or business automation
- Soft skills such as customer empathy, problem-solving, and resilience
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive value realization and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise customers
- Monitor and assess customers' achievement of desired outcomes and value
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
- Contribute to the development of Customer Success practice and drive process innovation
