Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience managing enterprise accounts

Previous experience in Integration and/or business automation

Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive value realization and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise customers
Monitor and assess customers' achievement of desired outcomes and value
Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
Contribute to the development of Customer Success practice and drive process innovation
