We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and drive the success of our largest, most strategic customers. You will be a strategic thinker, passionate about delivering value to customers whilst building this function around you. You’ll be the customer advisor, helping them to understand the CybSafe products and how our products will enhance their security programs.
As the only Cybsafe Enterprise CSM (for now), you'll be responsible for working closely with internal teams (CS, Customer Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and that we are building a platform that meets market needs.
You will act as a trusted advisor and orchestrator for our customers, ensuring their global adoption of Cybsafe platform is smooth and that they spread positive WOM within their security communities. You'll have executive level customer contacts (CISO level) and be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You'll be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to rally the market with passion!
