Your role in this mission

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and drive the success of our largest, most strategic customers. You will be a strategic thinker, passionate about delivering value to customers whilst building this function around you. You’ll be the customer advisor, helping them to understand the CybSafe products and how our products will enhance their security programs.

As the only Cybsafe Enterprise CSM (for now), you'll be responsible for working closely with internal teams (CS, Customer Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to ensure the voice of the customer is heard and that we are building a platform that meets market needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor and orchestrator for our customers, ensuring their global adoption of Cybsafe platform is smooth and that they spread positive WOM within their security communities. You'll have executive level customer contacts (CISO level) and be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You'll be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to rally the market with passion!

Requirements

And your main goals for year one

  • Focus on being the customer's strategic partner, consulting on wider industry trends and Cybsafe updates to drive business retention and expansion opportunities, collaborating with the Customer Operations team to keep the customer ahead of the curve and drive customer partnerships forward.
  • Drive an impressive NRR (net revenue retention), which is built on a foundation of key factors, mainly:
    • Health: Collaborating with the Customer Operation team on identifying and remediating customer health issues (driving maximum customer retention)
    • Community: Working to create a community around Cybsafe customers to build advocacy and better conversion for Sales.
    • Growth: Sourcing, building and managing pipeline to support expansion targets, through to closing cross-sell and upsell expansion revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within CybSafe and collect feedback to influence continuous improvement of our product.
  • Work with Fortune 500 and FTSE customers at the forefront of the human cyber revolution. The likes of HSBC, Barclays, Credit Suisse, John Lewis, Ocado, Toyota.

You’ll need experience and knowledge in these areas

  • Proven enterprise software/SaaS experience, preferably gained in fast-paced, competitive technology and data driven environments;
  • An understanding and a passion for knowing what makes customers successful within the enterprise SaaS space;
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience working with or close to a Customer Success function;
  • Impressive understanding of commercial sales cycles and internal sales forecasting;
  • A deep understanding of business drivers for clients in this industry and the challenges faced within cyber awareness market sectors;
  • Able to talk technically, and the ability to obtain a deep product knowledge quickly;
  • Proven experience bringing new technology software products and features to market;
  • Track record of quota overachievement and ability to deliver consistently against targets;
  • Team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team across geographies;
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple, competing priorities;
  • Knowledge of sales methodology, forecasting and sales processes;
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
