WHO WE NEED

The Enterprise Marketing Manager will execute the multi-channel ABM strategy to drive lead generation for our Enterprise software products for associations. This includes Enterprise leads for our association management software products (ThreeSixty, MC Trade) and our events management product (A2Z Events).

WHO YOU ARE

You have expertise in creating content to attract Enterprise prospects and have leveraged account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive new customer acquisition. You enjoy creating full-funnel marketing campaigns that include webinars, trade shows, email campaigns, videos and more. You have experience with associations or nonprofits and understand how technology can help them attract, engage and retain their members.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts
  • Execute a strategy to increase lead generation and positive brand sentiment through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing channels (e.g., webinars, trade shows, nurture campaigns and more) to meet lead goals
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations team to leverage reporting and analytics and optimize strategy and execution based on these insights
  • Work closely with Digital team to understand how we best leverage SEO, create a robust website presence and more for our enterprise products
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive consistency and coordination in our Go To Market approach for the Enterprise segment, and to support pipeline build
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an Enterprise sales playbook that enables new customer acquisition and current customer expansion

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in generating leads with Enterprise clients and account-based marketing strategies to connect and engage with target accounts
  • You are both creative and analytical, and equally comfortable in creating webinar slides and analyzing lead source dashboards to optimize your marketing channels
  • Expertise with trade shows and the ability to travel to key Enterprise association trade shows throughout the year
  • Experience in generating high-intent traffic that converts to qualified leads
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, verbal communication and presenting
  • Self-starter and proven team player in a fast-paced and achievement-oriented environment
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.), Salesforce and WordPress preferred
  • SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred
