The Enterprise Transformation Manager will oversee and assist team members to focus on optimizing efficiency and scalability for Ubiquity by analyzing, enhancing and standardizing internal processes.
We are looking for an Enterprise Transformation Manager to lead our company's ongoing transformation project. You will be working closely with internal team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments and team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality and company standards.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Coordinate the development of user playbooks, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to each department/team.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within internal teams.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Demonstrate professional judgment to identify risks and threats to the project initiatives and milestones, and communicate to key stakeholders where necessary.
- Provide process and business recommendations to Project Initiative Leads based on data analysis.
- Work with minimal supervision to conduct complex business analysis, procedure mapping, business requirements gathering, and process designs to address business opportunities/issues and develop formal recommendations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in project/process management with client/and or senior management interaction.
- Proven experience in project and process management.
- Ability to lead projects of various sizes and see them through to completion..
- Strong understanding of formal process management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Able to organize a large amount of data to identify trends and patterns within processes.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects and tasks.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and management skills to create and develop improvement process plans for respective direct reports and departments.
- Ability to work with a team and individually required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,884.77 - $88,979.50 per year
