Job Description:

Design and develop test programs for new products on TeradyneUflex ATE systems.

Support ATE test development for qualification, characterization and production of new silicon

Participate in ATE HW design including schematic caption and layout reviews

Work with R&D teams on new test IP development.

Work with manufacturing teams on test program deployment to OSATs

Requires understanding of semiconductor fundamentals, circuit analysis and circuit building blocks.

Experience in various programming languages such as C, VB, Python and Perl.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $105,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
