We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Monitor and resolve cash and position breaks against custodians and prime brokers.
Research reconciliation differences with other middle office teams, custodians and prime brokers and work urgently to drive to solution.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholder to resolve/escalate queries/issues.
Perform general ledger duties such as research, client onboarding and offboarding, posting contributions, withdrawals, interest, taxes and fees.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
1-2 years of total work experience preferred. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Financial Services industry background preferred.
Interested in obtaining a basic understanding of financial products and accounting principles.
Focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
