Work Schedule: 2nd Shift- 1pm to 10pm

What we provide for the job:

3D Systems provides all tools and equipment including hand tools, grinders, sanders, blast cabinets, ultra-sonic cleaners, and accessories. We also provide all personal protective equipment including custom fit respirators whether full face, half face, and/or powered air-purifying devices to keep operators protected from metal powder exposure.

What you bring:

In your machine shop, metal finishing, or medical device experience, you have learned you enjoy mastering a craft rather than just doing a job; you take pride in the quality of your finished product; hand tools feel like a natural extension of your arm; you don’t mind cleaning up after yourself and keeping a safe workplace; you enjoy working with and helping others to accomplish goals; and you are always ready to learn how to use the next piece of equipment or hand tool. Proof of High School Diploma or GED is required as well.

As we continue building Great teams, we are looking for Individuals with possible experience in any of the below fields:

• Machine shop environment
• Dental Technician
• Jewelry Technician
• Medical Device Industry
• Manufacturing experience
• Metal, plastic, or wood finishing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solving
• Previous leadership experience desired.

DMP personnel will be required to wear a Full Face, Half Face, and or Powered Air-Purifying Respirator when performing tasks associated with Metal Powder exposure along with blast cabinet and industrial grinder use. These will be provided by 3D Systems.

Furthermore, employees will need to be fit tested during the hiring process and annually thereafter.

The good stuff:

The pay range for this role is $18 to $21 per hour, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week and the opportunity for overtime. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance.
