IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you need to contribute to profitable growth of Business Group in both EBITDA and Cash Flow by optimizing supply chain performances, such as delivery reliability, inventory days on hand, potential obsolete, order fulfillment lead time, production lot size, and inbound/outbound logistic cost related to material fulfillment.

Manage external toll/buy-sell manufacturers in planning, scheduling, and material handling including raw material arrangement and receipt of finished goods to secure on-time in-full production and delivery to customers.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

DEMAND PLANNING

1. Accountable for running monthly demand planning cycle, in cooperation with Account

Managers updating sales forecast.

2. Responsible for collecting demand forecast, performing assessment of constraint, and

updating restricted demand.

3. Responsible for monitoring forecast accuracy and maintaining its level in cooperation

with Account Managers.

 

SUPPLY PLANNING

4. Responsible for making monthly inventory & production plan based on updated sales

forecast, toll manufacturer’s production capacity, raw material supply, and other related

factors.

5. Responsible for monitoring blocked sales order and taking action.

6. Responsible for monitoring Supply Chain Delivery Reliability and analyzing the

problem/cause and implementing collective action.

7. Responsible for maintaining service level of fulfillment lead-time by defining MTS/MTO.

8. Responsible for optimizing production lot size based on demand and production cost.

9. Responsible for Raw Material planning, forecast release, call-off, and inbound handling.

 

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

10. Accountable for inventory volume of production site and warehouse.

11. Support physical inventory count at production site and warehouse.

12. Responsible for reconciliation of inventory data at production site and warehouse.

13. Responsible for the volume of unfavorable stock and accountable for minimizing blocked

and potential obsolete stock.

MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT

14. Responsible for initiating material creation/change/deletion in system.

15. Responsible for maintaining material master-data related to planning in system.

 

TOLLER MANAGEMENT

16. Responsible for production order in system and validating invoice from toll

manufacturers at the end of every month.

17. Support Supplier evaluation for delivery related part.

·       Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or related fields.

·       At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in demand planning or supply chain management preferred.

·       Familiarity with demand planning tools and software, such as SAP systems, forecasting models, etc.

·       Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to understand and address complex market demands.

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively manage cross-departmental collaboration and coordination.

·       Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive team goals.
