We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Help Desk Agent to join our operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
As an Accounts Payable Help Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer and their vendors receive exceptional support and guidance to their inquiries. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer and vendor inquiries. Your expertise and commitment to customer experience will be essential to our success.
- Provide front-line accounts payable support to vendors via phone, email, or virtual screen share within organization-level agreements.
- Log all vendor AP inquiries in a designated case tracking system, ensuring all relevant information is documented accurately
- Diagnose and troubleshoot invoice, field ticket, purchase order related issues, working closely with vendors to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Regular and predictable attendance for the designated shift may include rotating holiday support.
- Build rapport with our customers and drive high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product and technical knowledge to provide quality support.
- Follow department and Enverus processes and procedures.
- Escalate issues to customers as needed, thoroughly document relevant information to facilitate resolution, and anticipate follow-up questions and next steps.

- Proficient with customer facing tasks such as presentations and training.
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge with Oil & Gas and OpenInvoice application is a plus
Position Details – Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
