About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in qualifying inbound inquiries generated from marketing efforts, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate channels. The SDR will maintain our CRM system's data integrity and assist in fostering long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. This role also includes supporting the wider commercial team and seizing opportunities for sales, land, or strategic partnerships.

  • Qualification of Enquiries:
    Ensure that all inquiries originating from marketing efforts are thoroughly qualified before entering the sales pipeline.
  • Own the conversion of all enquiries to qualified leads and ensure they are handed the correct salesperson/team
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient workflow processes.
  • Customer Service:
    Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Response Management:
    Own and manage response times to new inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Opportunity Identification:
    Actively identify and leverage any opportunities for sales, land, or strategic partnerships that may arise.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus) and Microsoft 365 preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • A passion for the environment and restoring nature
