Lean Practitioner

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Lean Practitioner for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Lean projects, including value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and 5S implementation.
  • Identify and analyze waste within processes and develop and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Train and coach employees on Lean principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and measure the impact of Lean initiatives.
  • Develop and present reports on Lean project outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Lean methodologies and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide other team members in Lean principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lean Practitioner, Process Improvement Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
  • Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
