Associate Renewals Manager
Envoy is looking for an Associate Renewals Manager to help maximize retention and drive expansion while providing a great customer renewal experience.
Skills
- Customer Success or Account Management experience
- SaaS closing experience
- Engagement with Procurement and Legal teams
- Pipeline management
- Experience with SFDC CPQ, Intercom, and Jira is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the renewal lifecycle for high-volume customers
- Manage customer cohort to save customers, reduce contractions, and close renewal transactions
- Engage key stakeholders, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement
