Smart Workspace Field Technician, Lead

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company specializing in smart workspace solutions. We are seeking a lead technician to oversee projects and lead a team in delivering high-quality installations and support.

Skills

Experience with electrical fixtures and systems.
Team leadership in technical environments.
Technical troubleshooting skills for AV/IoT solutions.
Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Lead staging, installation, and de-installation of smart workspace solutions.
Supervise a team of technicians on installation projects.
Provide quality control and support for IoT and AV equipment.
Manage project oversight for 3rd party installers.
Perform preventative maintenance and identify defective equipment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in electrical or AV systems preferred.
