Compensation Analyst
Epic Games is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support our HR, market intelligence, tools and analytics, and rewards cycle project teams.
Skills
- Global Compensation program administration
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets experience
- Experience with HRIS Technology, preferably Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation administration
- Experience with major compensation survey vendors, especially Radford
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain compensation tools
- Identify opportunities for data processing and analytics automation
- Manage survey data and ensure data integrity
- Participate in statistical analyses regarding pay equity
- Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs
