Principal UX Designer
Epic Games is looking for a talented, experienced Principal UX Designer to help design the future of Fortnite’s player experience and UI. They are seeking someone with a strong background in UX design and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in designing features and complex UX systems across multiple platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments and on multi-disciplinary teams
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to team members and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Translate goals of future-facing Fortnite efforts into compelling player-facing experiences
- Establish design pillars, thematics, and principles for Fortnite’s future-facing UI
- Collaborate with Visual Designers and UX Researchers to enhance the UX & UI of Fortnite
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and documentation to convey ideas clearly
- Lead efforts to resolve design discrepancies across Fortnite
