Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager in Corporate Development to drive M&A activities and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop investment themes on new markets
  • Propose M&A/investment ideas
  • Evaluate potential targets
  • Coordinate the M&A process
  • Build financial/valuation models
  • Drive due diligence
  • Develop post-acquisition KPIs
  • Define integration/operating plan

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • MBA or CFA preferred
