*This position is FULLY REMOTE. Must be able to work on EST time zone*

Responsibilities of the Epicor Kinetic Consultant include:

• Researching, analyzing, supporting, and maintaining features in Epicor ERP
• Participating in project review meetings and providing status updates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operations
• Assisting with software deployments and upgrades
• Troubleshooting C# code

Required Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst
• Extensive work experience with Epicor 10 and 11/Kinetic ERP System is required
• Epicor Tool Kit experience (BAQ, Dashboards, BPM, Customization, C# and SSRS)
• Experience supporting financial systems and ERP environments
• Basic experience working with the SQL database is required
