Senior Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to be our first dedicated PMM hire and build out the function from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technical expertise, with experience in driving high-impact product launches, sales enablement, and awareness.

This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy at Eppo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the product marketing function: As our first PMM, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build the product marketing function from the ground up. You’ll define and implement the strategies needed to drive product adoption and sales enablement.

  • Spearhead product launches: Lead all aspects of product launches, and partner with Product teams, to ensure flawless execution and high impact. You understand the importance of launch velocity and know how to turn every product release into a significant, multi-channel moment that generates buzz and accelerates adoption.

  • Sales enablement & alignment: Equip the sales team with the right tools, resources, and messaging to effectively sell the product. You’ll create high-quality assets like product demos, sales decks, and competitive battle cards that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

  • Pipeline generation & poduct usage: Your ultimate measure of success will be driving pipeline growth and increasing product usage. You’ll work closely with sales, growth, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure we’re hitting key metrics.

  • Positioning & messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that speaks to both technical users (data scientists, engineers) and business decision-makers (product managers, executives). You’ll ensure the value of Eppo is communicated consistently across all channels.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, growth, and sales teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, customer needs, and product roadmaps. Your insights will shape both marketing campaigns and future product development.

  • Experimentation & optimization: Use data-driven experimentation to continuously refine product positioning, launch strategies, and messaging. You’ll run A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Analyst Relations + Customer Marketing: Fostering good relationships with analysts in the Enterprise B2B space; Having a customer centric approach to marketing; Utilizing and conducting customer surveys and interviews to drive decision making

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or experimentation. Experience working in or with companies known for stellar product marketing execution is a major plus.

  • Launch expertise: Proven track record of leading successful product launches and transforming launch moments into multimedia, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth.

  • Sales enablement: Strong ability to create impactful sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ve worked closely with sales teams and understand how to translate product features into clear value propositions.

  • Creative & technical: You have the creative mind of a marketer paired with the technical know-how of a product manager. You’re comfortable diving into the product to understand the ins and outs, while also being able to tell compelling stories that connect with customers.

  • Metrics-driven: Obsessed with driving results, you know how to measure success through metrics like product usage, lead conversion, and pipeline generation. You’re comfortable using data to guide decision-making and course-correct when needed.

  • High-efficiency & ownership: You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to prioritize effectively to maximize impact with lean resources.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in the experimentation space or with products related to data, product analytics, or optimization.

  • Background in growth marketing or experience working at a company known for data-driven marketing practices.
