Company Description Job Description... As part of Epsilon's market-leading Digital Customer Experience Strategy team, you will contribute to and lead work with Fortune 500 companies to help optimize interactive and digital marketing strategies and tactics with an emphasis on the mobile channel. You will drive the translation of clients' business challenges and opportunity areas into a broader vision and strategic roadmap leveraging innovative solutions. Using your customer experience and marketing expertise and analytical skills, you will help world-class clients gain unique insights into their overall mobile performance helping them use insights to drive better marketing ROI. In addition, you will develop, create, and evangelize new and existing DCX Strategy solutions throughout Epsilon. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for and expertise in the mobile marketing space, a combination of qualitative and quantitative skills, along with proven client consulting and/or client-side experience helping to improve mobile performance and digital performance overall. Director / Digital CX Strategy Consultant, Mobile Responsibilities • Manage and grow a team of 2-4 consultants on existing and new Epsilon client retainers and projects; mentor and train members of the team on mobile strategy and execution • Continue to develop the mobile practice, brainstorm new and creative mobile growth strategies, define new mobile packaged offerings and evangelizing for the group around internal and external stakeholders • Participate in developing new business, identify growth opportunities within projects and existing client relationships • Work with vertical strategic consultants, client service teams, and peer groups to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients and identify new business opportunities • Influence and develop Epsilon's consulting approaches and frameworks relative to mobile/multi-channel solutions • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies. Provide thought leadership and insightful POV's for Epsilon client and internal communities on digital omni-channel and mobile concepts • Lead consulting engagements that derive insight and provide recommendations to clients in quality presentations to improve marketing performance; develop close relationships with clients and with internal stakeholders • Perform ongoing mobile program discovery, develop strategies for expansion and optimization • Continually grow understanding and knowledge of client business and their competitive environment; apply learnings in preparing and presenting program recommendations • Utilize strong qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Provide consulting services to new and existing clients informed by customer insight, research, competitive analysis, industry trends, and analytics • Support test execution, collect and analyzing data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in mobile initiatives • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops with sensitivity to client and team needs Preferred Skills and Experience • 7-10 years of professional experience at Director level with a minimum of 5 years mobile-specific experience. • Degree in a marketing/business/analytical discipline is ideal, MBA preferred. • Working experience in a marketing agency, services firm, or consulting organization preferred. • Client-side experience always a plus • Previous management experience with small teams • Comfortable being the differentiator in the room amongst senior leadership and C-level executives on mobile initiatives and expertise, quickly relating to their objectives and business needs and providing credible advice • Experience with consulting projects in interactive marketing, including mobile strategy (Apps, mobile messaging, mobile payments, responsive web strategies) • Successful track record of building and presenting strategic mobile programs, recommendations and tactics for clients and effectively executing programs • Expertise with mobile user experience best practices • Superb communication, presentation and public-speaking skills • Strong quantitative and analytical skills required • Ability to work through ambiguous situations to understand, define, and meet client needs • Proactively drives innovation • Experience working on projects in multiple digital channels preferred - email, social, SEO/SEM, online media, affiliate, etc. Qualifications Additional Information When you're one of us, you get to run with the best.
