Sales HR Business PartnerKey Responsibilities :• Work closely with sales leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.• Enhance work relationships, boost employee morale, increase productivity, and improve retention through effective coaching and feedback.• Conduct investigations, manage performance improvement plans, execute RIFs and terminations, and create disciplinary actions with managers.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation to drive HR initiatives.• Apply HR practices and principles, ensuring adherence to company policies and HR regulations.• Act as the go-to person for HR-related matters and support local office initiatives. Leverage data and analysis to drive business success.• Conduct exit interviews, coach employees on conflict resolution, and coordinate employee transfers and promotions.Preferred Qualifications :• 4+ years of related HR Generalist / HRBP experience.• Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office) and HRIS databases.• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to analyze data and recommend changes based on analysis.Last updated : 2024-07-26
