Metro Infusion Center is a national infusion and injection therapy provider with close to 200 locations nationwide. The centers provide convenient and affordable access for patients. We are looking for the ideal candidate to continue our rapid growth in new and existing marketplaces.
Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales and marketing in a designated territory. Initially, the position will be almost 100 percent prospecting and cold calls. As the territory becomes more familiar most of the calls will be familiar repeat visits. Ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service communication skillsJob Responsibilities• Increase number of infusions at locations within assigned territory• Travel to and develop all markets within territory• Target physicians, nurses, medical assistants and decision makers• Educate specialty offices on MIC patient care services and offerings• Visit and thank referral sources for sending business• Report market feedback and submit growth ideas for assigned areas• Plan routing and schedule for productive sales cycle• Keep current on market conditions and talk about new or topical changes with referral sources• Address customer concerns and work with nursing to improve customer relationshipsConfidentiality and Compliance:• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information at all times• Follow legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary company information• Understand and comply with HIPPA rules and regulations• Complies with accreditation, legal, regulatory, government and safety requirementsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent• Minimum of three to five years national sales experience with proven abilities of meeting sales initiatives in previous positions (Medical Sales experience is preferred)• Able to travel (at least 75% of the time) throughout Southern California and Nevada• Highly developed relationship-building skills and strong presentation skills• Proof of current vaccinations, including recommended boosters, commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients, including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A & B, influenza, and COVID-19.Requests for accommodations/exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable laws
